In this week's episode the wonderful, the tables were turned and the wonderful Sam Sparrow interviewed me! I have to admit I felt pretty awkward (which you can probably tell) and it made me realise how hard it must be for some of my guests!

I guess I took it for granted people enjoy sharing their story, but it's not always that simple. So much of our self-worth is wrapped around not being a show-off, not being too 'loud' so when we are asked to share accolades we get a little shy. Well, I know I do anyway.
