Episode 12

Amanda Start | Creating a good work routine

Published on: 18th September, 2017

Hola! It's EPISODE 13. Which means I've been podcasting for 13 weeks. Obviously. The reason that's crazy to me is that as I write this, my baby is 20 weeks......that's crazy. How I started a podcast with a newborn is something I'll never understand but I *might* write about it one day. Before we jump in, I wanted to just let you know I've decided to take a break after episode 22, which will air on the 20th November. I haven't decided how long I'll take, but it feels right to break for Christmas and start fresh in the new year! I have a few guests lined up already, but I am always SO keen to hear who YOU want to listen to - if you have time, please drop me a tweet, or an email and let me know :)

I discovered the wonderful Online Stylist via Erica Davies' Instagram feed and quickly became more than a little obsessed with her stylish feed, love of cashmere and monochrome and coffee addiction.

I loved chatting to Amanda, who is one of the nicest bloggers around (I feel like I say that every week but I’m so lucky to have connected with so many epic people!). She’s incredibly positive, and manages to impart a stack of wisdom throughout our chat while being insanely humble!

She’s great at getting media coverage for The Online Stylist, having been featured in a stack of glossies and nationals including the Telegraph, the Times and Red. She has some fantastic tips on staying organised when you work from home and how to maintain productivity as your creativity ebbs and flows.

If you’re keen to up your content game and need some help getting yourself organized, this one’s for you!

I hope you enjoyed this weeks episode. Do let me know by commenting on this post, emailing or Tweeting me or messaging me on Instagram.
